Your Qualifications

  • Computer proficient and strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work well with vendors, customers and other team members. 

  • Knowledge of building materials, hardware or construction is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify incoming inventory for accuracy and ensure proper documentation

  • Keep well-organized files of open orders, manage data entry, and filing

  • Answer phones, respond to customer inquiries, direct calls to appropriate team members

  • Assist with other duties as assigned by management

Your Benefits

Part Time

  • 25-30 hours a week, Monday–Friday, with a flexible schedule

  • Starting hourly wage $18-$20/hr
